Preston has created each of these two-to four-foot sculptures directly in wax, and cast them in bronze. There are no copies or editions of any of these pieces. Each sculpture is accompanied by a narrative which is an integral part of the artwork.

Preston has created a wide variety of pieces for both public and private patrons. These sculptures are created in cast bronze or a combination of cast bronze and stainless steel. His commissioned work includes bronze reliefs, fully three-dimensional figurative work and freestanding monumental sculptures.
